"Zipped IP upload failed. Missing template files" when trying to upload Pulse

Hi,

Please help me out if anyone has an idea on this. I am newbie to Genesys and its components. Appreciate any help.

When i try to upload Pulse 8.1.4 plugin IP from the GAX 8.1.4 i get the following message “Zipped IP upload failed. Missing template files”. I have zipped the ip folder with the xml file in it.

What version of confserv are you using? Use latest version of confserv and GA.

Note: The import of this template is not necessary and you can fill the option and section manually.
