Zendesk Talk Screen Share Integration Failing in Genesys Cloud

I can’t seem to figure out why the Genesys Cloud Architect flow drops the screen sharing session immediately after the Zendesk Talk widget initializes. The browser console logs Error 1008: Invalid session state while the interaction remains stuck in ‘In Progress’. We are migrating from Zendesk Support 3.0 and need the equivalent of the Talk screen share feature in GC.
