I want to use zabbix to track the call result in the collist, is this possible? For example, if the number of records with General Error is higher than the norm, then send a notification?
Maybe better ask Zabbix people on that one.

I would say it should be possible using Zabbix’s Database (ODBC) monitor as it allows you to run SQL query against any (supported) database.
