Guys, I have a question for you. I’m trying to setup a routing between Alcatel 4400 and Erricson MD110. All settings are accodring to Genesys manual. There is a small problem: wrap-up-time setting is not transfered during a multisite call and agent becomes in Ready state just after the call. Any solution?

Did you meen that seting up wrap-up timer to agent don’t work if call arrive from another site? But if call maked from site there agent belong it’s work normal?
At Alcatel environment Genesys wrapup doesn’t affect the agent as it is ruled by RSI or Pilot values…
