Will CC Pulse 7.5 support 64 Bit Servers?

Hi,

I would like to know that CC Pulse 7.5 supports 64 Bit operating systems or not? Which version of CC Pulse supports 64 Bit Operating systems.

Ask to Genesys…we don’t have access to the roadmap.

Hi,

I see in Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Manual that CCPulse 7.5 does support Windows Server 2003 64-bit (in compatibility mode).

What 64bit OS you are interested in?

For now CCPulse 7.5+ only supports Windows 2003 x64 (from initial version). Even Vista and even 32bit is not officially supported. AFAIK release 8.0 of CCPulse (planned for 3Q2010) will support Vista, W7 support is not yet planned.
Genesys is always few steps behind actual releases, I mean Windows, Linux and Oracle support.
