Why does this setting break Zendesk-to-GC reporting parity?

Why does this setting fail when mapping Zendesk ticket tags to Genesys Cloud custom attributes in the analytics dashboard?

  1. Created a custom attribute in GC matching Zendesk tag schema.
  2. Mapped the attribute in the Architect flow.
  3. Data appears in interactions but is missing from the standard performance reports.
