why does this setting block workforce_management:shift:created webhook ingestion? getting 401 unauthorized on the serviceNow rest api endpoint. the payload seems fine but the signature validation in the MID server is failing. checked the secret key multiple times. is there a specific header requirement for wem webhooks that is not documented? running genesys cloud v2023.1. please advise.
