why does this setting block outbound dialing at 20 threads?
i am running a basic jmeter load test against genesys cloud byoc edge 24.1.0 in asia/singapore. using jmeter 5.6.2. the goal is simple: simulate 20 concurrent outbound calls via the platform api. after 15 seconds, the api starts returning 429 too many requests. the thread count is very low. rate limit headers show x-ratelimit-remaining at 0. is there a specific header missing or a warmup period i am ignoring? i have shared my jmeter plan below. need help understanding the baseline limits for new accounts.
