While making a call In Genesys Desktop , Im Unable to get Disconnect

Hi All

While Making a Call in GDesktop, I don’t get disconnect Button and Mark Done Button.

I have use the Short cut key to disconnect the call CTRL+D

This related to only one system. When we try the same login to GDesktop in a different system we are getting those buttons.

Browser Used : IE

While Using Gdesktop in Google chrome we are not getting the alerting of a call. so we are using IE

Any Suggestions regarding the issue
