What is the standard approach to preserve custom SIP headers when using Predictive Routing for outbound campaigns across multiple BYOC trunks?
The headers drop silently during the handoff from the predictive dialer to the trunk connector in our Singapore region setup.
We are seeing call setup delays and carrier rejections because the required identification headers are missing on the final SIP INVITE.
This breaks our compliance reporting logic which relies on those specific metadata fields being present in the CDR.
