Can someone please tell me what is “Use Prediction” and “Threshold” options in Service Level Routing Block definition? The help file that comes with 6.1 ERS seems to be 6.0 
Has anyone successfully implement SL? When should it be implemented and when should it be forgotten? What is the overall concensus on this application?
