Daer All,

I got this error “Error[66]Internal scheduling engine error” when I was building schedule. Have some one use to face the error like this?

Check to see if you have a single Exception entered twice in the same Schedule…?

Could you tell us what version(s) of WfM Software you are running?

Could you describe the scenario you use and what parameters you use / set during schedule build?

Dear All,

WFM Client is 7.6.0
WFM CCPulse is 7.5.0
WFM DAB is 7.6.0
WFM builder is 7.6.0
WFM Data Aggregator is 7.6.0
WFM Server is 7.6.0
WFM Web is 7.6.000.18

Supervisor do forcasting for the call volumn and staff, and do scheduling after that.
Supercisor choosed Shuffel Agent and builde schedule.
