Hi

We have a issue where agents that loginto WFM Webservies and getting a Cant Login Error when this agent has 2 login IDs linked to their account. We have two accounts as they need to login to a Voice T-Server and a Nice VR T-Server.

When i remove the Nice VR T-Server Login ID they can login ok. So i assume its not possible to associate 2 login IDs to one account but is the a work around other than creating 2 accounts? or manually removing and adding the extra Login ID?

Futher info, it only fails when the two Agent logins are from different Switch objects. If the logins are both of the same switch then its ok.
