I am used to IEX and their Webstation not timing out. We have CSR’s using Web Agent independent from CTI for a little while, and need to extend the timeout timeframe on WFM Web Agent. Where can I find this information and setting?
Also, IEX Webstation has reminders that popup before breaks, lunch, and return from breaks/lunch. Has anyone ever used API to create a popup from schedule information?
