Migrating Zendesk ticket updates to Genesys Cloud WFM shift swaps via the /api/v2/wfm/schedules endpoint returns a 422 Unprocessable Entity. The payload structure mirrors our Zendesk JSON schema, but Genesys rejects the start_time format as invalid.
Has the WFM API changed its date handling compared to standard Zendesk ticket timestamps?
