WFM Schedule Sync Failure: Error 409 in EU-West BYOC

Stuck on a persistent 409 Conflict error when attempting to sync agent schedules to the WFM module. The environment is EU-West BYOC with Genesys Cloud v24.2. The Architect flow triggers the sync, but the dashboard shows zero updated records despite valid time-off requests. Why is the conflict occurring if the availability windows are clear?
