WFM schedule sync causing SIP 408 on Ohio BYOC trunks

Shift handoff’s hammering the Ohio BYOC trunks again. Agent state flips to Available, then drops to Busy, triggering a cascading SIP 408 on the REGISTER packets. Console shows trunk utilization spiking to 100% for exactly twelve seconds before failover logic kicks in and routes everything to the Virginia backup. WFM’s pushing schedule updates every forty-five seconds. Carriers are mad about the registration churn. Logs show the SIP UA dropping keepalives right when the sync fires.
