WFM Schedule Compliance Data Lag in EU-West BYOC

Does anyone know why WFM schedule compliance metrics in the Performance Dashboard lag by 15 minutes compared to real-time queue activity in our EU-West BYOC environment? The Architect flow logs show agent login events immediately, yet the workforce engagement view fails to update utilization rates until a significant delay occurs, impacting SLA reporting accuracy. Is this a known caching behavior for the European region?
