Having some issues getting my configuration to work… Attempting to assign the LegalDiscovery_Export role to agents in Genesys Cloud 2024-02 via the role management endpoints returns 500 Internal Server Error. The role exists and has correct S3 permissions, but the WFM engine rejects the assignment. Error payload shows invalid_assignment_for_compliance_role. Is there a known conflict between WFM scheduling and legal hold metadata requirements?
