Having some issues getting my configuration to work… POST /api/v2/wfm/scheduling/schedules returns 500 Internal Server Error when assigning the LegalDiscovery_Export role to agents in Genesys Cloud 2024-02. The role exists and has correct S3 permissions, but the WFM engine rejects the assignment. Error payload shows invalid_assignment_for_compliance_role. Is there a known conflict between WFM scheduling and legal hold metadata requirements?
