Could someone explain the rate limit behavior for GET /api/v2/wfm/scheduling/schedule-groups? We are hitting 429 Too Many Requests during our nightly ServiceNow sync. The payload is valid, yet the GC endpoint drops connections after 500ms. We are using Architect flow v2.5 to trigger the Data Action. Is there a documented backoff strategy for bulk schedule imports in the Europe/London timezone, or is this a known issue with the wfm tenant cluster?
