Can’t get this config to load properly… Trying to map Zendesk agent availability to POST /api/v2/wfm/schedules but hitting a 400 Bad Request. The payload mimics the Zendesk schedule structure, yet GC rejects it with "message": "Invalid schedule configuration". Is the JSON schema for WFM strictly different from the Zendesk import format?
