The GET /api/v2/wfm/schedule/adherence endpoint returns zero adherence minutes for agents with approved shift swaps, even though the swap is active in America/Chicago. This breaks our weekly compliance reports published every Monday. Is there a known issue with the adherence calculation logic for swapped shifts in the current release?
