Hi,

With the API, is it possible that the softphone of an agent receives and displays notifications from WMF. (I want to show notification in the softphone instead email in outlook)

All is possible, but not within “out-of-box” solution. You have to develop this part with dependency on used SIP softphone.

Could you be more specific about the solution?

It’s is whith the “WFM Integration API”?

The CalNotify.java file from the WFM API shows how to get calendar notifications.
