Just noticed that the WFM forecasting metrics are completely absent from the Performance Dashboard in our EU-West BYOC environment, despite the following configuration being active:

The queue activity views load correctly, but the forecasted volume lines are blank. Is there a known sync delay or a specific permission set required to expose this data in the dashboard views?
