Trying to understand the rate limits for creating evaluations via the Quality API.
Running JMeter from Singapore. Simulating 100 concurrent QA evaluations. Hit 429 Too Many Requests immediately. Retries with exponential backoff are not working. What is the safe throughput for this endpoint?
