Trying to understand the rate limits for /api/v2/wfm/quality/evaluations.
Running JMeter from Singapore. Simulating 100 concurrent QA evaluations. Hit 429 Too Many Requests immediately. Retries with exponential backoff are not working. What is the safe throughput for this endpoint?
