WFM config utility

Hi all,

Has anyone have this issue where you create the agent in CME and then move the agent from Available agents to the selected agents in WFM config utility but when searching the agent in WFM web in Home>Configuration> agents> enterprise>site name
you can’t find the agents there!?

Have you checked the optin hide-terminated-agents?

If the agents have a contract date which is after today/not yet valid, I think that this might happen.
But I am not 100% sure…
