Hello Everyone!
In our WFM configuration we can see the calendar items with first day of the week being Sunday. We want to change that so agents and supervisors can see as the first day of the week Monday. When we are scheduling we have Monday as the first day of the week and this is configured in the Site settings.
Any suggestions?
We tried to change the PC’s timezone settings to our local settings in case it was a browser issue but that did not solve the problem.
