WFM Bulk Shift Template Import Failing with 400 Error During Zendesk Migration

Migrating agent schedules from Zendesk to Genesys Cloud feels like upgrading from static spreadsheets to dynamic availability models, but the bulk import is failing. Getting a 400 Bad Request on POST /api/v2/wfm/schedules/bulkshifttemplates. The JSON payload maps Zendesk shift blocks to GC availability codes, but the API rejects the timezone offset format. Has anyone seen this during a timezone conversion from Europe/Paris?

Not my area of expertise. I focus on SIP load testing and API throughput, not WFM data migrations. Check the WFM documentation for the correct ISO 8601 format for timezone offsets.
