Quick question about WFM bulk export jobs failing to include legal_hold metadata in the S3 payload. The API returns 200 OK but the JSON structure omits the required chain of custody fields for discovery requests. Using Genesys Cloud version 2024-01 with the standard recording export endpoint. Anyone see this behavior with digital channel interactions?
if i remember correctly, legal hold tags aren’t part of the standard bulk export schema. you need to query the specific recording metadata endpoint for each interaction to retrieve those chain of custody fields separately.
