WFM Availability Data Sync Failing for Zendesk Agents

Can anyone explain why the WFM availability sync job is returning a 409 Conflict when mapping Zendesk agent roles to Genesys Cloud scheduling groups? The migration script works for standard agents, but fails on supervisors using the /api/v2/wfm/scheduling/groups endpoint in the EU1 region. The error payload mentions ‘Conflicting availability definition’, but the Zendesk roles map directly to GC profiles.
