Has anyone used / knows how to use the new AUX code features in WFM 6.5? There is not much in the documentation. I haven’t contacted Genesys support yet, I was hoping someone here might also know? Particularly I’m loking to use the AUX codes for both an NEC (NEAX/APEX) switch and a Lucent G3.
