In WFM Supervisor, when in schedule master - change approvals, with weekly period; supervisor goes to look to approve an agent’s exception; However, when clicking approve, a different agent’s exception gets approved instead. Has anyone ran into this and what did you do to fix. I am running WFM 8.5
