Stumbled on a weird bug today with the WFM API endpoint /api/v2/wfm/api/v1/workforce-management/forecasting/capacity. The request fails with a 403 Forbidden error when filtering by our 15 BYOC trunks in Asia/Singapore. Standard agent groups work fine, but trunk-specific data is blocked. Permissions seem correct in Admin. Is there a hidden scope requirement for trunk analytics that isn’t documented?
