I can’t seem to figure out why the /api/v2/wfm/schedules endpoint returns 503 Service Unavailable when JMeter threads exceed 50. The environment is Genesys Cloud v2.16.0. We are testing schedule publishing capacity.
- JMeter version: 5.6
- Concurrent threads: 60
- Error: 503 Service Unavailable
Is there a hard limit on concurrent WFM API calls? The docs mention rate limits but not availability errors.
