WFM API 500 Error on Shift Swap Reports

Ran into a weird issue today with the Adherence Report API. Our weekly publish at 10:00 AM CST works, but querying agents with pending swaps fails.

  1. Agent submits shift swap via self-service.
  2. Query /api/v2/wfm/schedules/adherences for that agent.
  3. Receive 500 Internal Server Error.

This breaks our compliance tracking. Is this a known SDK v2 issue?
