I can’t seem to figure out why 429 Too Many Requests errors appear when simulating 100 concurrent users fetching schedule data.
Environment: Genesys Cloud US1
Tool: JMeter 5.6
Endpoint: /api/v2/wfm/scheduling/schedules
The test plan runs for 5 minutes. Rate limiting hits immediately. We are validating capacity for shift planning. Is this a known limit for WFM APIs under load?
