Struggling to figure out why the WFM historical data upload endpoint POST /api/v2/uploads/workforcemanagement/historicaldata/csv is returning a 401 unauthorized error when attempting to create a presigned URL for uploading a CSV file. the oauth token is valid for 24 hours and works for other endpoints in Genesys Cloud EU-West.
