Does anyone understand why the /api/v2/wfm/users/{id}/skills endpoint returns a 400 Bad Request when associating skills with agents mapped to our 15 APAC BYOC trunks? The payload includes valid skillIds and trunkId references, yet the response cites a missing capacity definition for the specific carrier failover group. Our SIP registration logs show stable connectivity, so this appears to be a data synchronization issue between the trunk configuration and WFM capacity models. Is there a known limitation with BYOC trunk metadata in the WFM API?
