WFM Agent Availability Report 502 during Chicago AM Peak

Could someone clarify why the WFM Agent Availability report is timing out during our weekly publication window? We hit a 502 Bad Gateway consistently at 08:15 CST when pulling adherence data for the current week.

This blocks our final schedule checks. Is this a known issue with the analytics service during high load?
