Hi All,

Could someone please help? I’m stuck here, I have created a user (agent) in Person folder in CME and trying to created the same login but in WFM, Genesys giving me an error (error code: SCEE011) which is the duplicate account. How do I avoid this? Thanks

Why are you trying to create the same login in WFM? Couldn’t you just assign the person that’s already setup in CME to a role in WFM?

Thanks nonny for your reply, I want the user to login to WFM and IWS with the same login credentials. I can see here in CME that a few users have the same login but I dont know how that has been done.

Read up on sync via WFM configuration utility… I believe it may be in the help of the utility as well.

Configure/put that user/person under correct role in WFM config utility. Post that you should be able to login with same credentials in CME and WFM.
