WEM Scheduled Interval Configuration Validation Error in EU-West BYOC

My configuration keeps failing…

Encountering a validation failure when attempting to deploy a new Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) scheduled interval within our EU-West BYOC environment. The specific error returned upon saving the schedule is WEM_SCHEDULE_CONFLICT_004: Overlapping coverage detected for skill group 'CX_Support_EU'.

The configuration involves a standard recurring interval for the ‘CX_Support_EU’ skill group, set from 09:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday through Friday. The Architect flow logs indicate that the skill group exists and is active, with no apparent conflicts in the underlying routing logic. However, the WEM dashboard explicitly blocks the save operation, citing an overlap with an existing schedule that was reportedly decommissioned three weeks ago.

Manual review of the historical schedule data within the Performance dashboard shows no active intervals matching the conflicting timestamp. The discrepancy suggests a potential synchronization lag between the WEM scheduling engine and the historical archive view, or a phantom record persisting in the backend configuration.

Has the community encountered similar residual schedule conflicts in the EU-West region? Are there specific steps to purge orphaned schedule entries from the WEM configuration store, or is this a known latency issue requiring a support ticket escalation?

Thank you for your assistance.
