Is it possible to hit the WEM API endpoints with high concurrency using JMeter without getting blocked?
Running tests from Singapore against Genesys Cloud. Trying to pull schedule data via platform_api.
Hits 429 Too Many Requests instantly at 20 threads.
Need to understand throughput caps for workforce management endpoints during load planning.
