Payload targets a specific BYOC trunk group in the APAC region. The query executes locally without issue, but fails when the endpoint processes the aggregation.
Environment is Genesys Cloud release 2402. No recent changes to the trunk configuration or SIP credentials. Failover logic appears stable.
Need to know if the WEM service has a known limitation with high-volume BYOC trunk metadata in adherence calculations.
