Why does the Workforce Engagement Management API returns a 404 Not Found when attempting to map skills to agents associated with our AP-Southeast-1 BYOC trunks?
We are using the /api/v2/wfm/scheduling/agents endpoint to synchronize our trunk-specific routing profiles. The environment is Genesys Cloud Edge in Singapore with 15 active BYOC SIP trunks. The standard agent endpoints work fine, but any request involving the custom skill groups tied to our carrier failover logic fails with a 404. We have verified the JWT token has the wfm:agent:write scope. The error persists across multiple SDK versions (v2.4.1 and v2.5.0). No issues observed with non-BYOC internal queues.
