The /api/v2/analytics/wfm/schedules endpoint returns 403 Forbidden when filtering by our 15 BYOC trunks in AP-SE-2. SDK v2.14.0.
SIP registration is stable and outbound routing logic confirms valid carrier failover paths. The issue isolates to workforce engagement metadata retrieval.
Verified admin permissions and region settings. Still blocked on pulling trunk-specific agent utilization.
