Anyone free to help troubleshoot this sync failure between Genesys Cloud WEM and our 15 SG BYOC trunks. The POST /api/v2/wem/schedule/sync call returns a 400 Bad Request when including trunk-specific routing rules. The payload validates locally but fails server-side.
“Error: Invalid trunk configuration for WFM integration. Check SIP credential scope.”
Carrier failover logic seems intact, but the analytics reporting module cannot map the trunk IDs to the WFM schedule. Any insights on the required scope?
