Quick question about workforce management integration failures.
POST /api/v2/wem/integrations/genesyscloud returns a 400 Bad Request when mapping skills to AP-Southeast-1 BYOC trunks. The payload validates correctly in the sandbox environment but fails in production with error code WEM_400_INVALID_TRUNK_CONTEXT.
Running Genesys Cloud 2023-10 Release. Need to know if this is a known limitation for BYOC trunk identifiers in WEM skill mapping.
