Problem
The WEM dashboard won’t pull adherence data after updating the REGION mapping. Mic stays hot during the export window.

POST /api/v2/wfm/data/exports throws a 400 with “Invalid SCHEDULE_EXPORT configuration”.
Question
Need to know if the QUEUE_ID is mandatory here.
