Hi expert,

web Api server, is require for what actually?

we are using chat, email etc (for multimedia). i have seen upto email server and chat server (in cme).. but never seen any web api server ..when i ask my team lead..not got any correct answer..could you please explain me in details..

if somebody, submit a chat initiative , it , come through web api server to chat server..

so we have to install this web api server, then deploy inside tomcat (any web application, the same way wfm web)…
if we are able to monitor wfm web…then why not web api server??

is it the same way, wfm web deployment?
why we don’t need a template for wfm api server…
as per my understanding..first we have to install this web api server…then we have deply inside tomcat…

sorry for asking this question.. but . there is no way to monitor web api server?? as web api server is not configured in cme?

It should be configured on CME as an application. Type: WebAPI
