Someone pls tell me what is the purpose of virtual queue .. why is it needed?
For reporting purposes, imagine in your strategy you have two target objects, each with an agent group, making statistics on which group agent answered which call could be a headache, but if you add a VQ on the target object each will get its own statistics as an independent object.
